Welcome to Christina Runway (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including coaching programs, digital content, memberships, classes, events, and any other offerings (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase or engaging with our content.
1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
2. Payment & Enrollment
Payment for all Services must be made in full or via an authorized payment plan prior to access. You are responsible for reviewing all program or product details before purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability for all scheduled sessions, boot camps, and deadlines.
3. Strict No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Christina Runway maintains a strict no-refund policy for all offerings. This includes but is not limited to:
Boot camps
Classes
Private coaching sessions
Digital products (eBooks, guides, etc.)
Memberships
Events
Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, personal or work obligations, change of mind, or partial usage of a service.
The only exception is if the Company cancels a program indefinitely. In such cases, affected clients will be notified and issued a refund or credit at the Company’s discretion.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy, which is also publicly listed in our FAQs.
Client Conduct & Dismissal Clause
All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional tone during all communications and sessions. Disruptive, hostile, disrespectful, or abusive behavior — including but not limited to the use of profanity, personal attacks, or repeated boundary violations — will result in immediate termination of services without notice or refund.
While Christina Runway maintains a strict no-refund policy, exceptions may be made solely at the company’s discretion in the case of program cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts initiated by the company. However, refunds will not be provided if cancellation results from the client’s inappropriate behavior or violation of these conduct standards.
4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Missed days in group programs (like boot camps or workshops) cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In rare cases, a one-time courtesy session may be offered at the Company’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Private coaching sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Christina Runway—including videos, class materials, digital downloads, brand assets, and proprietary methods—is protected under copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any materials without express written permission.
6. Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and empowering environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from any program or service without refund.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer
Our coaching and programs are designed to support personal and professional development. However, individual results will vary and are not guaranteed. Christina Runway is not liable for your business or personal outcomes, nor for any decisions made as a result of using our Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
